Política de reembolso
JETCO Products offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At JETCO Products discretion, customers may return or cancel an order for reasons other than a warranty claim.

Restocking Fee
JETCO Products, at its sole discretion, may accept the return of standard goods, after JETCO Products has inspected the goods for merchantable condition. On such acceptance, JETCO Products reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the price on goods returned, provided that the goods returned are in merchantable condition according to JETCO Products standards.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as products sold as refurbished or labeled “as-is” at the time of sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@jetcoproducts.com.
Return Tracking
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancelation
Customers may receive a full refund for products purchased provided they contact JETCO Products before the order is processed for shipping. To ensure your cancellation is processed please call us at 1-888-985-3826 during normal business hours, leave us a voicemail afterhours, or email us at sales@jetcoproducts.com. Cancelation will not be considered accepted unless you receive a verbal or written response from JETCO Products.
Effective Date
This return policy is effective as of 1 January, 2023 and will remain in effect until a new policy is approved by JETCO Products.
