Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays, and an order confirmation will be emailed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For destinations within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you may receive an email with a tracking number depending on the shipping service you chose during checkout. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 44660 Macomb Industrial Dr. Clinton Twp. MI, 48036. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday through Friday and on weekends by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Your order may be subject to tariffs, import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees during or after shipping. JETCO Products is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping method chosen has the ability to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@jetcoproducts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
